Stronger Than Ever

I ran my first 400 (44.50) about two weeks ago in Guadeloupe. It was pretty cool. My calf was a little tight before the race so I didn't want to overdo it.

A Busy Offseason

After Round One

I've been here for awhile so it felt really good to finally run. I felt pretty good. I wanted to run around 45 flat or faster. That was the plan and that's what I did. So I felt good.
